Our services are delivered through a comprehensive approach that includes prevention, intervention, advocacy, and school-based programming. This work encompasses curriculum development and train-the-trainer models designed to equip nonprofits and schools with the tools needed to better understand and address the unique challenges faced by students in at-risk urban communities.

Uniquely positioned within the communities we serve, TTG works at the intersection of education and lived experience to drive systemic change where it is most urgently needed. Our staff and volunteers have collectively accumulated thousands of hours working directly with historically marginalized communities, bringing cultural understanding, trust, and credibility to our programs.
To ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement, TTG utilizes comprehensive assessment protocols that establish clear benchmarks and evaluation metrics. These tools allow us to measure impact, refine strategies, and maximize positive outcomes for students, schools, and communities.
